Kettlebells deliver high performance fitness, and Triplefitness has a range of comprehensive courses for Personal Trainers, from Level 1 Introduction to Kettlebells, to Level 3 – for extreme kettlebell trainers and athletes.

Our 2 day courses will teach you everything from correct Kettlebell techniques and exercises to gaining optimum strength and endurance, including drills, and are held in and around London both during the week and at weekends.

Level 1 – Introduction to Kettlebells
